Chase Bank apologizes to Military personnel

Chase Bank yesterday had to admit they wrongly foreclosed on a number of active military personnel. Hopefully they will now take corrective actions to make sure these mistakes do not keep happening.

When lawsuits are filed by creditors, we frequently see mistakes made by the lawyers and creditor attorneys because they use form pleadings. Often incorrect credit card agreements are attached that do not correlate to the year the account was opened. This is just was one common error I see as a consumer lawyer everyday.
