Joel A. Brown is the managing partner inside the Consumer Law Division of Friedman & Brown, LLC. Joel currently leads the litigation team in fair debt collection lawsuits against major corporations, banks and credit reporting agencies for their violations against fair debt collection, specifically the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He also exclusively represents injured workers in workers' compensation claims and has over 20 years experience in this area.

Joel is experienced in consumer litigation and also workers’ compensation litigation, where he previously represented the big insurance companies. He now, however, focuses ONLY on representing the individuals.
